Becky Sexton started Twin Lakes Environmental Services, LLC in July 2004. Becky works one on one with producers to assure that there is understanding of the paperwork being created. It is our belief that the regulations, as complex as they are, have made this much more difficult than this needs to be. We want to make this process much simpler for the producers we work with and strive to bring our paperwork back to the point of understanding on the part of the producers. We work closely with our clients to assure we understand what they wish to accomplish so that their paperwork can make this happen as well.

Mike Sexton joined the Twin Lakes Environmental Services, LLC office in December, 2005. He is a certified TSP (Technical Services Provider) and works with producers to procure Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMP) for EQIP funds. Mike also recently started a sister company, Manure Works Software, which keeps online records of manure application in compliance with federal and state guidelines. Dianne Betten has been our Administrative Assistant/Office Manager since October 2006. Dianne coordinates the calendars for tradeshows and appointments as well as assuring plans are filed in a timely manner and clients are contacted to keep their soil samples current. Dianne also works on base manure management planning and is learning parts of the Manure Works system as time allows.

Larry Heschke comes to us with extensive ag program background having been a former FSA employee. Larry has been with us since March 2008 as a GIS Mapping Consultant/Environmental Consultant. In addition to the mapping of sites and fields, Larry has started working on Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans and works closely with producers in assuring sites are laid out to meet with their approval and setbacks in accordance with state and federal law.

Robert Dugger joined the Twin Lakes Environmental Services staff in April 2010. He is a GIS Mapping Consultant and presently works exclusively in the mapping of sites and fields. Bob also works with Manure Works Software in implementing and updating sites on their recordkeeping data.
